And this time, we are looking for qualified candidates for the following position in Hanoi office with requirements as below:
POSITION: CEO Assistant
Working Day: Monday - Thursday
Salary depends on your Business/English Skill
■Monthly■
Salary: Starting from 3,200,000 ~ / Monthly (3 months training/monthly, Salary depends on your available working time as well as your experiences and skills)
Working Hours: 80h - 128h Monthly (including Online working time)
■Hourly■
Salary: 30,000 ~ / Hourly (3 months training) Starting salary depends on your experience and Skills
Working Hours: Depends on your schedule (including Online working time)
Location: VEHO House, no.209, Vệ Hồ, Xuân La, Tây Hồ, Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translation and Interpretation. Experience in writing articles is preferred
- Research task
- Support to CEO
- Support to other employees
- Approach to Vietnamese market on behalf of CEO
- Share House Maintenance
- Management to CEO’s schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
Notes: CV in English with the latest photo attached. Please send me by Email.
- IT knowledge is a bonus
- Conversation level of English (Japanese is a bonus)
- Computer skill: PC and appropriate Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Good communication and negotiation skill with customers in different levels
- Excellent relationship and networking skills
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented
- Independent in job handling and cooperate well with other colleagues in different sections.
