• JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Documentary Management:
- Propose and implement commercial, utilities and rental contracts
- Manage the contracts, agreements and licenses
- Submit and manage foreigner’s visa, work permit, temporary residence card and other
paperwork relating to expat labor
- Work with local government authorities and manage documents related to company’s
operation (Business registration certificate, food safety certificate...)
2. General Affair Support:
- Company utilities management: Internet, water, electricity, others
- Reply comments and summary customer’s feedback on Trip Advisor, Foody and
Facebook monthly
- Manage a booking air tickets for expatriate on vacation/business trips
- Submit and handle all cases related to hygiene and food safety of restaurants
- Translation between Vietnamese and English- Conduct data input- Some admin tasks when required
3. Human resources
- Contact with candidates
- Calculate payroll monlthly
- Some HR tasks when required
• JOB REQUIREMENT
- Business level English and Native level Vietnamese
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skills, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
- Willing to work in a start-up environment
- Able to accept criticism from others
- 5.5 days per week(Sunday and a half of Saturday is off), able to work from 9:00 to 17:30.
• SALARY
- $300 each month
- There is 2 months probation period

- The 13rd salary
