Although we are “young”, 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭 was and still make more effort to become the place which not only a “check-in” but also a place that create acute nostalgia for many of tourists especially “Dalataholic”.
We are looking for Heartist who is passion for Culinary. He/She will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience through high quality plates, including both design and taste in Deux Amants Restaurant, Moon Lounge, 1929s Bar. The successful candidate will be able to Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.





- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production.
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff.
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Work closely with Chef de Cuisine, Restaurant Manager and Marcom team to deliver story and images of you dishes to potential customer.
Qualifications:
- You show people around your passion in Culinary, both Asian and Western.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus.
- High standard in decoration and hygiene in kitchen.
- Strong knowledge in HACCP.
