1/ Reporting Team Leader

Purpose of the fob:

Manage the Management Reporting for the OpCo to ensure that up to date and accurate information is available for the OpCo in accordance with the local legislation and the Heineken group’s policies, to contribute to the strategy of the Global Business Services programme and the OpCo itself

Key Responsibilities:

- Propose and oversee the Management Reporting strategy for the OpCo and ensure business support to the development of the long-term strategy for the OpCo, in alignment with Global Business Services and Global Heineken Management Reporting policies and principles.

- Define an operational Management Reporting plan and budget, derived from the 3 year Management Reporting plan for the OpCo, including annual objectives in line with the OpCo and Global/Regional Management Reporting objectives.

- Complete the generation of standard management reports for the OpCo

- Complete the generation of ABC Reporting for the OpCo

- Oversee Record to Report administrators within the OpCo who are responsible for completing reporting activities and ensure that these are contributing to the accurate reporting for the OpCo

- Implement, improve and maintain effective delivery of a Record to Report service

Work collaboratively with members of the OpCo Management Team and Heineken Group (HGSS) leaders to ensure the delivery of performance and service objectives

- Provide Management Reporting information and analysis to the OpCo Management Team to support decision making, in line with rules, policies,  procedures and  legislation

- Support the transition of the OpCo’s processes into the Heineken Group by ensuring that the Heineken service standards are adhered during Transition.

- Contribute to the development of efficient and effective management reporting

- Provide and contribute to the development of standards, common audit programs, templates, electronic infrastructure and other tools

- Provide operational input, in conjunction with the OpCo Management Team, to the development and implementation of lean and standardisation programmes

Manage process improvement across the Reporting function by liaising with GPCo and HGSS Leader leaders.

- Lead, guide and direct the Reporting function within the TFRO team and contribute to the development of a standardisation, continuous improvement and a customer focused culture

- Manage employees/teams including recruitment, performance management and (career) development

- Drive his/her own personal development in leadership, functional competencies and business knowledge by creating, agreeing and implementing.

Requirements

- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related subject.

- Consolidated experience in Management Reporting in Accounting & Transactional Finance (3-6 years)

- Proven experience in Management Reporting, preferably in a cross-border pan-European Finance Shared Service Centre.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain trusting relationships at a senior level

- Experience in defining and governing change control and issue resolution forums

- Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting performance and service management measure.

- Excellent business analytical skills to compare HGSS Center performance with industry best practice benchmarks, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer value

- Experience in embedding a performance oriented and customer led culture

- Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues

- A drive for continuous professional development in self and others

2/ Sales Representative

Description

1.Outlet Management

-To work at appointed working territory/location with EOE’s KPI

-Visit outlet following MJP and fully complete the ORC for every visit:

ᵜ 10 to 12 outlets for SR who in-charge of on-premise outlet only

ᵜ 20 to 30 outlets for SR who in-charge of off-premise outlet only

ᵜ 15 to 25 outlets for SR who in-charge of on/off-premise outlet together

-Maintain good relationship with the owner

-Collect all needed information as company requirement

-To negotiate with the owner about tie-up contract

-Execute prominent merchandising/branding as EOE KPI guideline

-Conduct trade/consumer program

-Ensure that all promotion programs are paid on time 

- Ensure that POSM is used rightly for selling purpose

- Coordinate with PC/team leader to manage SA

- Remind order taking

- For DB outlet:

- Ensure that all MT keg/CO2 /DB machine are available at outlet.

  1. Distributor Management:

- To work and coordinate with appointed distributor

 - Ensure that distributor conduct FIFO as our requirement

- Ensure that distributor supply our product to customer on time

 - Ensure that distributor to achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly sales target.

3/ Technician (Packaging)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety and Hygiene tasks - To adhere to safety, health and environmental measures as specified in the company policies or as requested by the team leaders - To ensure all people working in his duties area follow the company safety rules and regulations. - To contribute in implementing safety improvement activities (Tech 3+ coop) GMP - To keep the workplace clean and hygienic, by timely disposal of rubbish, cullet and label pulps. - To execute cleaning standards of assigned machines during start-up, operation and shutdown.
  2. Operation tasks - To operate the packaging machineries (to specialize in one work area) - To go on job and shift rotation - To ensure the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and non-standard conditions. - To improve the packaging process operation (tech 3 + Coop)  
  3. 4/ Lab Analyst

Purpose of the role: Do analysis and other related tasks in laboratory (operation & managing equipments, managing chemical, disposal, samples…) with high commitment to results. Reports in a timely and reliable way provide technical and analytical support for the Production process Support process on quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Safety:- Operates and performs tasks in compliance with the regulatory, HEINEKEN and local safety regulations. Contributes in implementing safety improvement activities -  Ensure that the workplaces are clean, tidy and safety regulation must be followed strictly.
  2. Analysis and Reporting: -Ensure the generation of consistently reliable analytical results. Contributes to improvement activities of the analyses in his/her area of responsibility and takes appropriate corrective or preventative action - Ensure that all physical/Micro/sensory analysis (routine samples as in quality control plan and non-routine sample) are carried out on time in full with high accuracy. - Ensure that all analysis methods are in accordance with approved procedure/SOP/WI, any deviation must be reported and approved. - Plan, schedule and execute the taste test training for refreshing the existing taste test panelists and selection of new panelists when required - Key all the analyzed result in to Qualass, raise DAS, NCF, block notes and all other relevant paper work if any as mentioned in the procedures for final product approval/release and control of non -conformity product - Ensure that the results are documented, reported and promptly circulated to all end users and informed of any deviations in results. - Ensure that routine laboratory work is carried out and arranged for coverage of job responsibilities during absence of lab personnel.
  3. Operation & Control of Laboratory Environment, Equipment & other resouces- Ensure that all equipment/apparatus used for analysis are properly calibrated according to standards and requirements. Log book must be full fill as requested. - Initiate and coordinate control/reference beer samples for laboratory analysis control purposes - Monitor the inventory of glassware, chemicals, disposal & spare part… in the laboratory and store and takes the necessary action to replenish if stocks fall below the minimum required stock level
  4. Implementation of quality systems and procedures:- Ensure that 2 stars Lab system are sustained: All rules of 2 stars Lab are fully applied according to procedures/instruction. + Verify/ ensure the quality activities and related results in compliance with ISO9001:2000 standards + Ensure that all related quality and food safety system’s procedure, plan (HACCP, quality control plan..) are fully implemented and complied. + Participate in internal audit of quality system (Lab Star, ISO, HACCP, HOC, safety, 5S.
  5. Process Support:- The ability to provide technical and analytical support for the Production process - Detects the Out Of Specifications (OOS) and report to DCS - Provides support to the satellite labs
  6. Others:- Training new comers/ operators as planned and ensure that training record are documented, signed & approved as the procedure. - Participating in assigned TPM activities (as Pillar member or a team member or team leader) to improve quality/ reduce losses. - Other job assigned by management.

Requirements: - University degree. 5/ Project Manager - Supply Chain

Purpose of the role:

Accountable for the on-site HHN expansion project planning and execution. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members), and ensuring the management and effectiveness of the HHN functional team assigned to the project team. Other responsibilities include reporting progress, issues and risks, drive risk and issue resolution, coordinating task dependencies, and establishing milestone project goals that keep the project on time and within budget in alignment with the Heineken GSC Project Manager.

- Key contact for GSC Project Manager and Supply Chain Manager

- To coordinate all Opco functions involved in the project

- Special focus on support for the Safety Manager

- Directly reporting to SCM, dotted line to the Heineken GSC Project Manager

- Lead and manage the project planning in close cooperation with the Heineken GSC project manager

- Prepare weekly flash reporting about:

+ Track, monitor and report on the project status

+ Monitor the local cost and keep the Heineken project manager updated (+/- list of contractors and local contractors involved in the project)

- Coordinate training (Planning, organisation, adaptation of the material) assisted by operational setp up team leader and in close cooperation with the section heads and training department

- Coordinate testing of the new installations

- Ensure a proper and complete hand over to the brewery operation

- Monitor and manage open tasks and issues list

- Preferably experience/affinity with the food & beverage industry.
