Available internship vacancies:
1. Commercial Excellence Intern (Commercial, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting Background preferred)

Number of vacancies: 2

As an intern of Commercial Excellence, you will support the following key areas, but not limited to:
• Besides being coached and trained in a professional working environment, you will be assigned a specific project during your internship period. More details of the project will be shared once you join our Program.
• Territory Management: assist Sales Team to assess market potential and optimize territory design, sales force size, structure and deployment in line with potential
• Performance Management: partner with Sales Team and Training team to implement KPIs and incentive and reward schemes and execute initiatives to improve performance
• Sales Force Automation: provide support to Sales Team and IT to maximize existing systems and identify opportunities to enhance Sales Force productivity via new IT solutions
• Processes: assist in reviewing and developing sales processes to enable efficient sales operations
• Execution: take part in executing Sales Forces Automation plans and initiatives to ensure achievement of defined goals
• Other administrative duties required by supervisor

2. Diagnostic Devices - Sales Intern (Medical/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Medical Technology Background preferred)

Number of vacancies: 3-5

As a Sales (Diagnostic Devices) intern, you will support the following key areas, but not limited to:
• Besides being coached and trained in a professional working environment, you will be assigned a specific project during your internship period. More details of the project will be shared once you join our Program.
• Assist with executing the sales process (lead generation, investigation, presentation, proposal, installation of the sale)
• Provide support to Manager and team with certain accounts within assignment and area.
• Assist with territory management activities, for example, through Sales/ Admin reports and expenses
• Support in maintaining productivity highlights and metrics
• Participate in developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Ensure the compliance with Abbott Diagnostics Division policies, procedures on quality system and requirements for related responsibilities
• Other administrative duties required by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS: Please clarify these qualifications in your application
- Final-year students available for full-time internship (from 3 to 6 months in 2017 – 6 months is preferable)
- Related educational qualifications are preferred.
- Good GPA will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Good command of English
