Job Description:

As a Copywriter at ARC Group, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and professional content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our company and manage to produce articles, news announcements, social media posts, and other written materials about the markets we are present in order to communicate our unique value proposition to clients and the wider business community. You will collaborate with our Marketing Manager to coordinate our marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality written content, including articles, news announcements, case studies, and social media posts, that aligns with ARC Group's brand and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with company management and subject matter experts to understand complex financial and management consultancy concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to create content that positions ARC Group as a thought leader in the field.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute content marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains consistency in tone and messaging, and reflects the company's values and mission.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and clarity.

Qualifications:

• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably with experience in the financial services or consulting industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong research skills to gather relevant information and understand industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
