I. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM AT DHL SUPPLY CHAIN VIETNAM INTRODUCTION

Management Trainee Program in Vietnam is a tailored training program in 24 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to prepare the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.

Throughout the program, you'll immerse yourself in diverse departmental experiences, learning from industry stalwarts, and receiving unwavering support from both mentor and buddy.

REQUIREMENTS:

DHL Supply Chain is a world-class company, and we hire only world-class people.

Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with less than 01 year of working experience
GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent
Passion or career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Being proactive with ownership to go beyond expectation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude
Positive mindset towards uncertainty, challenges, and change.

II. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in 2 core departments Transport and Warehouse under Operations Department.

Phase 2 (the last 12 months): depends on your career orientation You will be assigned the role as Team Leader/ Supervisor to provide additional knowledge, as well as leadership skill.

III. FUNCTIONAL AREA
