    ScanCom International A/S is one of the leading global manufacturers of outdoor furniture. ScanCom’s corporate head office is situated in Korsør, Denmark and our European Commercial Center is in Palma de Mallorca. Our production operations are located in Vietnam, Indonesia and Brazil. In Vietnam, we have seven factories based in Binh Duong and Tien Giang Provinces. Our garden furniture is made from Wood, Aluminum, Steel, Plastics, Wood-Plastic Composites and woven materials. Especially aluminum based furniture is in growth. Now, we welcome all potential fresh graduates to join our SCANCOM MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (MTP) in 2019 to nurture individual to be future leader of ScanCom as following:

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Head start your career at the leading outdoor furniture in Binh Duong with ScanCom Management Trainee program 2019
    • This program will extend 18 to 20 months and Individual will experience each function within 04 to 06 months then rotate the cross-functions as following:
      • Operation: Production – Production Preparation – Quality – Technical Development
      • Supply Chain: Planning – IMEX- Procurement – Logistic
      • Commercial: Sales – PM – Marketing
      • R&D: Research & Development – Technical Development – Testing – Quality Assurance
    • After the rotation, Management Trainee will be evaluated the capability and his/her characteristic to place into a fit job
    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Fresh Graduate or less than 1 years of work experience or upcoming graduation
    • Have GPA above 3.5/4 or equivalent
    • Certificate of IELTS 6.0 up, or TOEIC 750 scores up or without certificate but good command of English should be accepted
    • Familiar with MS Office and related softwares (for fresh apply to Technical positions)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Dynamic and would like to work and develop career in manufacturing industry
    • EXPAT candidate will be accepted

    WORKING PLACE
    • Head office, ScanCom VietNam No 10, Road 8, Song Than 1 IPZ, Di An District, Binh Duong Province (Transportation pick up from related routes in Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai)
    • Working time: From Monday to Friday and administrative time
