First established in Italy in 1972 under the name of Wall Street Institute, we have been rebranded into Wall Street English in 2013 as we know nowadays. What started from an idea of developing a new way to teach people English has grown into a place with over 400 learning centers in 28 countries with an enrollment of 3,000,000 students.
Currently we have 07 centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and will continue to expand to end of year. Job Description
As a Personal Academic Coach, you
ensure the educational success of your students through effective relationship
management, including coaching, motivation and support. Students will look up
to you to help them achieve their goals and develop life-long learning skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a top-notch student educational experience with
unparalleled customer service
- Ensure that students trust and follow the Wall Street
English Method
- Be the focal point of your students’ study at Wall
Street English
- Support the study rhythm of your students through
booking their classes
- Conduct classes, give academic advising sessions, and
assist students with multimedia lessons and the digital book material
- Provide feedback and motivation to students in the
multimedia Speaking Center
- Coach and advise students on how to achieve their
educational goals
- Motivate students throughout the course both in person
and over the phone
- Carry out general center support tasks
- Help to give an excellent impression to prospective
students
- Collaborate with Educational Consultants to facilitate
renewals and referrals
- Collaborate with Teachers to assist your students in
their learning journey
- Create a fun, total English learning environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to scheduling
and students
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual professional development

Job Requirements
- Vietnamese national
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably
English-related)
- Demonstrated fluency in English (TOEIC score 850+
recommended)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Great relationship management skills
- Capable of multi-tasking throughout every working day
- Good time management and organization skills and the
ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Ability to motivate and encourage students from a
variety of backgrounds
- Experience in customer service & treating
objections/ complaints is an advantage
- Teaching/tutoring experience in English is an advantage
- Passionate about education, languages, and giving
excellent customer service
- Energetic, friendly and professional
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings
and weekends
- Able to work on your feet for an extended period
