Data and reports

Use SAP program to run monthly sales reports

Update sales reports by products segments and evaluate market trend

Collect information to fulfill price mirror

Release final warranty report & payment requisition processPromotions/events/marketing activities

Support to run promotion, get feedbacks and do promotion reports

Co-ordinate with Trade Services team for POSM production/ events

Co-ordinate with sales team to support sales

Involve in local campaigns of new product launching

Manage and write content for Facebook/ local websiteAd-hoc duties as assigned

What distinguishes you

Entitled as full-time students during internship period

Major in Marketing or Economy

No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage

Eloquent in English and Vietnamese

Proficient in MS Office

Proficient in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,…)

Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill

Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development

Good communication skills

Eyes for details and good organization skills

High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality

Ability to work in multicultural teams
