Sales and Customer Management Assistant
We are looking for 3 Sales and Customer Management Assistants to join our team in providing quality back-end support to the Branches. As an Assistant, you will answer sales enquiries via telephone, email or via face to face consultations. Other than customer care and support, you will also be involved in cashier duties. You will process all kinds of payments at the Front of House from the customers of Teaching Centre and issue VAT invoices. This will also include being in-charge of processing the financial phases of the Teaching Centre’s tuition fee refund/defer/transferring requests from customers in terms of financial supporting documents. In addition, the team will require you to provide support in administration and technical support.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a cashier or an administrative role. You must also possess an Undergraduate Degree and be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese. Candidates who have past experience working in the education industry will be preferred.

Ho Chi Minh City Operations
The Ho Chi Minh City Teaching Centre (TC) has identified ambitious expansion plans for the coming years. In line with these plans, the Sales and Customer Management team will be having the critical task of delivering growth in sales volume. We may also have an expanding examinations operation facilitating the taking of UK examinations; this is in accordance with our plan to grow our IELTS and APTIS customer base. Our customers engage with us face-to-face, online, through email and via the phone, and the Branch Manager will lead the team to ensure an efficient and effective level of service. In a highly competitive market, our teaching centres need to provide high quality and efficient services. The new branch will serve primarily Young Learners or Adults.
