ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Over the course of the program you will complete rotations across our C&P businesses a mixture of customer facing, operational and analytical roles, in areas such as Sales and Marketing, Supply & Retail. You could be handling retail petrol station territories or preparing business cases for improved supply contracts or even evaluating strategic improvements to meet our customers’ needs better. As part of bp, you will also be able to take part in additional activities outside of your role, whether it be supporting local community initiatives, our bp Business Resourcing Groups and you are given the encouragement and time to participate.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY
- Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline which could range from engineering, marketing, economics, business administration or relevant disciplines. Mechanical & automotive engineering background + GPA ≥ 7.0 is preferrable for Technical Service position.
- Be in your final year of study, graduating between December 2023 and July 2024 or Graduated within one year working experience.
