I. G1000 – MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM AT DHL SUPPLY CHAIN VIETNAM INTRODUCTION

The G1000 Management Trainee Program in Viet Nam is a tailored training program 24 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to prepare the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.

As a graduate, you will gain both operational and functional experience in a project-oriented role with interactions between different departments within the organization. You will learn from the best and get the support you need with a mentor and a buddy throughout the program.

II. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in 2 core departments: Transport and Warehouse under Operations Department.

Phase 2: (last 12 months) depends on your career orientation:

You will be assigned to take Supervisor role (Transport or Warehouse) if your career aspiration is to become a Manager in Operation Department.

Or transfer to :

the Commercial Department to challenge yourself in 3 departments: Business Development; Key Account Management and Solution Design if you develop yourself to a Business Manager after the program ends.

the Supporting Functions to challenge yourself in in 5 departments: Human Resource ; Information Technology; Finance; Project Management and Operations Excellence

III. FUNCTIONAL AREA

Operations: Transport & Warehouse
Commercial: Business Development; Key Account Management & Solution Design
Supporting functions: Human Resource; Information Technology; Finance; Project Management & Operations Excellence
