- FrieslandCampina’s Global Commerce track brings together diverse marketing departments, offering you a range of exciting jobs such as Shopper Marketing, Business Development, and Brand Management. As a commercial trainee, you’ll collaborate with both international and national clients, gaining exposure to various markets and strategies.
- FrieslandCampina is not only home to iconic local B2C brands like Dutch Lady and Yomost but also has a significant presence in the B2B market. Our traineeship provides you with the opportunity to explore both worlds through dedicated B2C and B2B jobs. In just three years, you’ll experience the full scope of FrieslandCampina’s business, setting the foundation for a thriving career in commerce.
Example positions
- Distributor Excellence (B2B) This role focuses on digital transformation in the B2B Sales department. Beyond direct sales to customers, FrieslandCampina collaborates with distributors worldwide who sell our products to local end-customers. Over the past three years, we’ve developed a digital platform called “Distributor Connect” to enhance distributor collaboration. Through this platform, distributors access essential information efficiently while providing FrieslandCampina with valuable insights to improve business operations together. You’ll contribute to optimizing this platform and fostering continuous dialogue with distributors to drive mutual success.
- Global Brand Management – Dairy Products (B2C) In this role, you’ll work as a global brand manager to elevate FrieslandCampina’s dairy products in various international markets. Your responsibilities might include developing global brand strategies, coordinating with regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with global advertising agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments worldwide.
Requirements:
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least a completed bachelor’s degree
- A Global mindset and mobility
- Fresh Graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Affinity with both marketing and sales
- Extracurricular activities that showcase your drive and leadership like a commercial internship at a multinational company
