Job Description:

Drive the market share and volume growth in the assigned KA through the excellent planning and execution of trade programs in the region

• Trade Marketing Management:
• Work with KA marketing to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities;
• Align with KA for trade marketing plans & activities;
• Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/ activities in the assigned KA;
• Track, analyse competitor's activities, and propose action plans in the assigned KA;
• Strong control of daily operations manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service;
• Budget Management:
• Control marketing budget spending as plan;
• Track, monitor, and report marketing budget spending;
• Picture of Success (PicOS):
• Give input to Commercial marketing on design of PicOS;
• Align with KA & manage supplier/ stakeholders for POSM production & delivery to the store/ sales office;
• Support Market Execution in terms of PicOS deployment;
• Analyze, report progress of PicOS deployment in the assigned KA;
• Market Intelligent:
• Analyse monthly KA performance based on internal and external data & competition report; propose action plan;
• Carry out Ad-hoc market report, analysis.

Job Requirements:

• University/ Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing/ Sales for FMCG Company;
• Strong in project management, creativity and innovation, communication, teamwork, negotiation, presentation, problem solving;
• Good command of English;
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
