1. Job Description
- PIT/ Salary, PIT statement
- Prepare training agreement to all new comer, extend Labor contract for all staff
- Responsible for attendance report, OT registration and control all kind of leaves of all employees
- Take care of office operation to ensure the office operates smoothly (Stationery, Book hotel, Air ticket, Stamp for documents…) 
- Support the team in organizing events like annual company trip, year-end party or other internal activities
- Other duties as may be requested by Manager
- Handling insurance-related issues 
- Soft skill, team building, English training etc. to organize
- Cooperate with Managers to set JD, KPI, evaluation system for all levels of employees.

2.  Requirements
- Graduate form University with Major as: Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other major equivalence
- At least 2 years’ experience in Administrative-HR field
- Fluent in English (Speaking & writing )
- Good in office informatics
- Be responsible, careful, enthusiastic
