JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and build long term strategic relationship with assigned and prospect client(s)

  • Understand assigned client(s) and identify areas for growth / improvements.
  • Identify potential clients in Horeca and move them to become the current clients.
  • Work at the relationships with key decision makers to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
  • Provide solutions to optimize the ingredients, to improve client’s operation by working closely with Technical team.
  • Organize the training/ demo/ customer innovation day for clients.
  • Prepare proposals prior to any negotiations.
  • Negotiate and keep track of contract terms.
  • Resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyze reports to propose and implement weekly/ monthly sales activities and plans.

Sales strategies implementation:

  • Plan and implement promotion, launching new products, workshop and related tasks.
  • Develop, align and implement Horeca channel portfolio strategies, go-to-channel routes.
  • Keep updating on current market changes and trends.   
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma level in business, sales, marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales in food & beverage industry.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Target-oriented and highly driven to achieve sales target.
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of beverages and pastry is a plus.
  • Hardworking, good presentation skills and willing to learn.
  • Good at negotiation, building relationships, and resulted-driven.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft office…)
