***Job description:

-Assist production manager and art directors in running projects by making sure that working tasks are on track, information gets passed on efficiently.

-Coordinate and ensure that artists are fully aware of their working schedule and report the progression to production & supervision team.

-Make sure the smooth flow of information and elements between artists and departments.

-Keep databases up to date with elements and statuses.

-Work back and forth for daily submission and take note.

-Ensure the delivering and receiving data to and from clients.

***Job Requirements:

-Good command in English (written / spoken)

-Good communication skill, sociable, calm

-Fast learner, adaptive & proactive, well-organized

-Ability to work under pressure

-Passionate about Film and Computer Graphics in general

-Office (Excel, Word), FTP server is a plus.

-Report to Art Directors, Production Manager, Team Leaders

-No experience required / fresh graduate

-Salary: Negotiable.
