PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for cooperatively with internal departments & external suppliers to produce products in needs of the business & departments; controlling allocated budgets to ensure product quality and budgets using effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Production:

-          Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies;

-          Understand different materials and production methods;

-          Ensure output meets quality standards;

-          Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;

-          Improve the design of existing products;

-          Work closely with many different departments and external suppliers;

-          Maintain and update supplier information, such as qualifications, status, delivery times, etc.

2. Budget control:

-          Analyze budgets and continuously control production costs;

-          Strive to reduce costs and increase productivity across all projects;

-          Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;

-          Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

3. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

-   A degree in Production, operations management or a relevant field

-   At least 4 years of professional experience in the production field

-   High degree of technical knowledge balanced with creative ability and a hands-on approach

-   Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

-   Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail-oriented

-   Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

-   Excellent communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills

-   Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

-   Talent in negotiations and networking

-   Creative thinking

-   Excellent speaking/writing skills in English

-   Punctual, exact, easy to collaborate, can-count-on, honest

Working time: Mon - Fri, 9:30AM - 5:30PM
