Responsibilities

o Participate in the "Reimage Benefit Policy" project, including reviewing and designing according to company templates.

o Engage in other C&B and HR process improvement projects.

o Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to C&B.

o Help manage employee records and C&B data, including records related to social insurance and personal income tax.

o Be a part of organization team for employees’ engagement activities.

o Other tasks assigned by managers.

Qualifications

o Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.

o Good analytical and data processing skills.

o Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.

o Eager to learn and ready to take on challenges.
