• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with both internal/external customers
• Undertake compliance and regulatory training as required.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Present a professional and positive company image to clients and to colleagues. Work effectively as part of the team.

Key Capabilities:

• Demonstrates understanding of basic insurance principles
• Able to use PC applications (Windows, Outlook, MS Word, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel including use of special functions (pivot, vlookup, etc.)

Key Experience:

• Graduate degree or equivalent
