Job Responsibilities:
· Provide and process information through systems and other departments in response to customer’s enquiries and concerns about insurance products and services
· Resolve customer dissatisfaction if necessary and proactively build long term trust with customers during case handling
· Arrange follow up call to respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements:
· Good written/spoken English/Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
· Microsoft Office

This position contributes to generating agency production reports to Management, AD team and agency force.
Job Responsibilities:
-Timely and accurately prepare and issue reports/statistics on agency KPIs to the Management and sales team, including weekly/ monthly/ad hoc reports. Update the intermim and final result of agency contests.
- Can conveying complex information/reports to people who may not be specialists Provide training and/ or coaching on working procedures, computer skills to staff of Agency Statistic team if required.
- Build and maintenance the internal database and applications of the team, research and provide technical support to team.
- Ability to utilize statistical and technical tools to analyze and solve business problems
- The ability to analyze complex information, organize varied tasks and communicate clearly with other professionals Research important
- Agency reports to write the accurately manual and continuously updated if necessary
- Review relevant policies and/ or processes and propose changes for improvement if any
- Oversee the update and final result report of agency contests
- Any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: University degree, preferably in Economics/Mathematics/Business Administration Experience: Three years experience in analyses and process data work Knowledge:
- Good knowledge on data processing
- Basic knowledge on Life Insurance
- Understand the company policies relating to agency activities.
Skills:
- Good communication skill in both oral and writing
- Creative and strong analytical skill
- Strong computer skill (Access, Excel, preferably SQL)
- Good command in English, both speaking & writing
- Developer (can coding program by VB or SQL) is prefered
