JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Identify and engage potential clients (50%):

• Department of accounts for online and app apps;

• Assistance in acquiring new clients;

• Communication with clients by email, fanpage inbox, among other ways;

• Uphold, cultivate, and oversee customer relationships by organizing Zalo groups, Facebook groups, MKT email, and other customer service initiatives;

• Take part in and support business or partner events, or go to specific events to build relationships with customers and partners;

• Support consultation, submit proposals, and provide quotation to customers in accordance with your leader's instructions;

• Provide a daily, monthly, or annual report on job results to management directly.

2. Communication with internal team (40%)

Support direct supervisor/ project lead and Account Department in:

• Search data and info for the project.

• Communication & coordinate internal teams to set up meetings (briefing, brainstorming, internal review…).

• Writing a contact report after internal meetings.

• Contribute ideas for the project.

3. Paperwork & Others (10%):

•  Doing paperwork under instruction of direct supervisor/ project lead.

• Be in charge of a task onsite on a project assigned by the Account manager.

• Carry out additional duties as directed by your direct manager/supervisor.

REQUIREMENT:

• Fresh graduate or senior student, major in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• Up-to-date with new trends, technology and marketing ideas 

• Perform as a member of account team and work as a junior AE

• Proactive, flexible, deadline driven, willing to learn and get advice from account team

• Learn and understand company process to support team effectively

• Ability to work under high pressure 

• Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job result and quality 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express), Internet Research 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• ​​Working experience in software company or being passionate about the IT industry is a plus

• Can use Canva is a plus

STIPEND:

• Monthly stipend of VND 2,000,000 (inclusive of daily parking fee of VND 10,000 per day) during 6 months in the Intern Period.

• Bonus based-on merit: For each project where you make a contribution, you'll earn a 5% bonus on the total profit.

- Thiết kế các ấn phẩm 2D phục vụ cho các dự án của công ty.

- Thiết kế sản phẩm phục vụ cho việc quảng cáo online và các kênh truyền thông của công ty và khách hàng.

- Thiết kế slide, profile, banner giới thiệu sản phẩm Công ty.

- Thiết kế ấn phẩm cho sự kiện (landing page, standee, backdrop,...).

- Quản lý và xây dựng hình ảnh cho website của Công ty và các dự án liên quan.

- Phối hợp, đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện chất lượng hình ảnh cùng đội ngũ marketing trong việc thiết kế.

- Hoàn thành các công việc khác liên quan đến thiết kế được cấp trên giao phó.

- Là sinh viên Cao Đẳng/Đại Học năm 3, 4 học các ngành kiến trúc, thiết kế đồ hoạ, thẩm mỹ  hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

- Tư duy sáng tạo, thẩm mỹ tốt. Thiết kế có bố cục rõ ràng, cân đối, gọn sạch & hiện đại.

- Có tinh thần học hỏi cao, siêng năng, Cam kết tuyệt đối với DEADLINE.

- Chịu được áp lực tốt, có khả năng trình bày ý tưởng & có tinh thần trách nhiệm với công việc được giao.

- Sử dụng được cơ bản các công cụ thiết kế 2D; Có kiến thức về 2D & 3D.

- Có thể sử dụng các phần mềm đồ họa chuyên dụng như: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva...

- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế website (Figma/Landing Page) hoặc dựng Video  là một lợi thế.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Cross-Platform Development:

• Develop mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using industry best practices.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.

2. Web-to-Mobile Transformation:

• Work closely with web developers to convert existing web applications into mobile applications.

• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability.

3. UI/UX Implementation:

• Implement provided designs into fully functional and visually appealing mobile applications.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

4. App Store Deployment:

• Publish mobile applications on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Ensure compliance with app store guidelines and submission requirements.

5. Code Maintenance and Documentation:

• Maintain a clean and efficient codebase.

• Document code and development processes for future reference.

6. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.

7. Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and other potential issues.

• Troubleshoot and debug mobile applications as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience in mobile app development.

• Solid understanding of mobile app development for both Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).

• Experience in transforming web applications into mobile applications.

• Proficiency in UI/UX implementation based on provided designs.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter Bloc Pattern, RxDart, Stream).

• Experience in DiO, Code generate; worked with Map in Flutter (Google Map, Map Box, OpenStreetMap,...)

• Experience in Android, iOS native or CI/CD cho Flutter (Fastlane) is a huge plus.

•  Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.

•  Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.

•  Portfolio showcasing previous mobile app projects.
