JOB DESCRIPTION
Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam is a part of Bouygues Construction IT, a trusted partner for the business lines which provides competitiveness of the Bouygues Construction Group and promotes its digital transformation.

In this position, your internship experience will involve supporting us across various Human Resources functions.

Recruitment:
  • Support in expanding talent pool and keep connection.
  • Perform data entry into relevant system, documentation for job request, job description, resume, …
  • Assist in recruitment activities (Office Tour, Career Fair, …)
  • Support in building up company's branding via social channels, internal/external activities, …
HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update all personnel information: new employee information, employment details, timesheet, annual leaves, …
  • Assist with new hire pre-employment and onboarding
  • Manage and collect invoice, payment process or relevant accounting tasks
  • Keep HR’s information system and policies updated
Office Support:
  • Ensure the hygiene of the office and provide general logistics
  • Organize internal company events and employee engagement activities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • College/Bachelor graduated with relevant background
  • Good experiences or knowledges in all functions and responsibilities of Human Resource is an advantage
  • Have knowledge of labor laws, tax, expat procedure is an advantage
  • Ability to use well MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge in branding and employee engagement activities is an big advantage
  • Good English skills (be able to communicate, read, write and understand specifications in English). French is a big plus.
