Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market research/ surveys, panels and other BI related activities by effectively managing related expenses;
• Generate monthly market analysis (trends, scenarios and risk assessments) and provide inputs to standard reports for in country using & for regional submissions (e.g. Flash report);
• Leverage BI methodologies and tools for generating of market trends, forecasting and planning to support strategy builds & alert;
• Set up & ensure maintenance and regular updating of market database systematically;
• Develop and implement competitor monitoring/ analysis;
• Coordinate with Sales Team to understand and monitor the impact of the field campaigns launched in to the market for the products launches and farmer demands;
• Define the survey modules for the study of the focus growth or even to obtain the customer insights for the new brands;
• Define and implement the annual Budgeting process along with Customer Marketing Team and BPA, as this position will be the custodian of the market trends and also AMLS data in the country;
• Analysis sales numbers, if required;
• Align & coordinate with regional BI manager & BI community across countries.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above, business management or equivalent degree;
• Strong working with numbers & facts (analysis, extracting information);
• Strong relevant soft skills (Microsoft Excel...);
• 3 to 5 years of experiences (preferred experiences in crop protection business with the similar position in the multi-national companies);
• Prefer working experiences from Research/ Market Intelligent agencies;
• Capability of setting up the information collection system;
• Form, stabilize & operate successfully the relevant procedures;
• Proactive, innovative & self-discipline way of working;
• Good English & communication skills;
• Honest, integrity & as a good team-builder.
