About the job

Business Intelligence (70%)

• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of master data in line with daily operations across Business Units.
• Support to build and enhance Power Automate Data Flow for Power BI Datamarts.
• Update monthly Sales & Field Reports to support Business Unit reviews.
• Consolidate and report on weekly inventory data from distributors.
• Assist to design new dashboards and perform analytics as requested by Business Units.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, user guides, and other documentations.

System (30%)

• Assist in the delivery operation & administration of the Distribution Management System (DMS) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
• Support to collaborate with DMS to ensure the effective coordination during rolling-out and operation.
• Other ad-hoc-tasks as per request.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Senior year students with achievements in data science and analysis, economics, financial analysis,
• Proven ability to work in professional environment with data-based decision making process
• Efficient time management skill and ability to organize tasks effectively
• Open-mindset and exposed learning agility
• Ability to express and prove interpersonal skill and communication skill with English at intermediate level
• Excellent skill on data analysis in excel, and familiarity with Power Bl is a plus
