JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities :

HR Operations Support

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits management.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Implement and improve HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation (e.g., contracts, personnel files).

General Administration (GA) Support

  • Oversee office management and administrative tasks.
  • Handle legal and administrative documentation for the Vietnam entity.
  • Support expense management and budget tracking.

Vietnamese-Korean Translation & Interpretation

  • Provide interpretation between Korean and Vietnamese for meetings, communications, and documents.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Vietnam office and the Korean headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in Korean and Vietnamese (proficiency in interpretation and translation is essential). Minimum qualifications of TOPIK (Level 5)
  • Experience: 0+ years of experience in HR or GA-related roles (open to fresh graduates with relevant skills).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
