JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in talent acquisition activities and office administration tasks. This position will be responsible for assisting in recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities: 
50% Talent Acquisition 
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Initiate and drives Talent Attraction & Employer Branding activities (eg Career Fairs, managing social media to ensure it aligns with Branding Strategy etc)
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and orientation materials.

50% Office Management

  • Provide office management support for the HR department, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day office activities, office supplies.
  • Contact vendors, prepare quotations for office supplies/equipment.
  • Prepare documentation for office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience 1-2 in HR or office administration is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
