WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and promote our brand. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create compelling social media content that drives engagement and growth across all our social media channels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and incorporate these into our social media strategy
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other organizations to increase brand visibility and reach
• Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in social media management or marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
• Experience with emerging platforms, digital media
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment
