MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Work directly with KAMs/GAMs of other BUs in MoMo to taking briefs, making proposals, and proposing to merchants, clients;
Working with other team members to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive incremental sales;
Responsible for negotiating, persuading, and drafting contracts;
Regularly maintain a good relationship with Merchants, and update merchants database;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality, and timely serve Merchants;
Coordinating between Merchants and internal departments to promote the growth of customers using the service as planned;
Finding new business opportunities by approaching a new client;
Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales;
Engaging in search and research to identify customers’ key needs.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required;
Experience in a top advertising agency environment is a plus;
Skills in planning, organizing, and managing large-scale connected projects (B2B, B2B2C models);
Having an overview of the online payment market (Online Payment), Ecommerce, Online Banking, Finance, Retail,…
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with a good sense of responsibility;
Clear mindset, result-oriented with passion for work;
Leadership skills, team management skills, project management skills and the ability to cover the work.
