Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

As an Administrative Executive at KMS Technology, you will support the Administration Department to:

  • Take care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, equipment fixing, fixed asset control/ inventory, office cleaning and inspection, office fit out and renovation;
  • Handle logistics for KMS employees who travel aboard for onsite trips, such as air ticket booking, accommodation, insurance, etc.;
  • Providing logistics support for:
    • Visitors to KMS, such as visa application, agenda, accommodation booking, pick-up service, dining reservation and outing trips;
    • Staffs who go for domestic or overseas trips, such as air ticket, insurance, accommodation, transportation, etc.;
  • Other duties as may be assigned when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Female only;
  • Bachelors’ Degree in English, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the administrative field, having firm experience, capabilities in working with and/ or supporting expats;
  • Experience in logistics support, facilities management, office maintenance is strongly preferred;
  • Proactive, open-minded and independent;
  • Can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset;
  • High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, supportiveness and teamwork;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willing to learn and self-development;
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written);
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience in a large/ multinational working environment is a plus.
