We’re looking for a passionate supervisor to reinforce KMS Solutions’ marketing team in order to size up the market share; address opportunities and match customers’ demand with the the right services by applying appropriate marketing strategies & campaigns (including messaging, positioning and leads generations).

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the services marketing team to research, analyze, develop, and execute marketing plans, including market sizing, addressable opportunity, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and leads advertising campaigns.
• Work with business leaders to achieve the annual and quarterly go-to-market plans including: lead generations, awareness boosting, demand generations, sales enablement and partner plans; and branded materials/ contents;
• Build up an in-depth understanding of client and prospect requirements and share the voice of the prospect within services development team.
• Seek and provide effective marketing approach that enable Sales to successfully obtain new business

• A minimum of 3 years in services marketing
• Hands on experience in the enterprise solutions market or B2B services is a must
• Proven ability to carry out market analysis and provide the marketing plan for solutions across industries, including building a market-driven business case
• Excellent verbal and written English & Vietnamese
• Personnel management and teamwork skills are required
