Job description:

1. Financial statements:

• Input all accounting transactions into accounting software;
• Reconcile cash on hand and cash in bank daily;
• Reconcile trade receivables and trade payables monthly;
• Prepare financial statement monthly according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
• Ensure the accuracy of intercompany transactions.

2. Purchasing:

• Responsible for payment process when needed in according to the Company’s procedure;
• Keep track and record expenditures daily in compliance with the Company’s policy;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Auditing, Accounting;
• Strong knowledge of VAS and IFRS;
• 0 -  2 years of experience with the audit backgroundis a huge plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal skills;
• Good command of English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening);
• Attention to detail and careful;
• Ability to work independently and responsibly;
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
• Strong motivation to improve skills.
