JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily office operations and contributing to our Employer Branding efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in administrative tasks while also honing your writing skills.

Scheduling and Coordination:   

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Document Preparation:

  • Assisting in the preparation and editing of written documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence. -

Data Entry and Database Management:

  • Performing data entry tasks to update databases and spreadsheets with new information as required.

Office Equipment and Supplies:

  • Facilitating the maintenance of office equipment.    
  • Managing inventory supplies and placing orders when necessary.

Event Coordination:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of company events, including logistics, guest lists, and venue arrangements. -

Front-Desk Support:

  • Providing a professional first point of contact for visitors. -

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

- Desired skills include proficiency in software packages related to the field of study/industry (such as Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
