JOB DESCRIPTION• Support the Talent Acquisition team to executive online (job post/ social post) & offline (Job Fair/ University tour/ MT program) to attract potential candidates and promote the company as an ideal employer for talents;
• Support the HR team to propose ideas, create content and design templates (brochures, flyers, slides, and ads posts, etc.) on all Company official channels (Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Website);
• Support the HR team in organizing the annual internal and cultural events to contribute to the growth of the company brand;
• Other tasks: Check & submit documents to sign (payment request, shipping fee, etc.) of Field team & Business.
REQUIREMENTS• Final year student or graduated in Human Resources/ Marketing/ Business Administration or relevant majors;
• Experienced in design/ create content during school time;
• Have basic knowledge about HR/ Marketing;
• Able to use basic design tools: Powerpoint, Canva, Photoshop etc.;
• Strong passion about HR/ Marketing field;
• Communication skill (verbal and written) in English, Vietnamese.
