JOB DESCRIPTION- Act as a liaison and provide support to the manager.
- Assist and manage several tasks, oversee and ensure task completion as directed by the manager. Follow up on the project schedule and work plan in details.
- Complete a broad variety of supportive tasks that facilitate Manager's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists, and making travel arrangements.
- Work with stakeholders to report analyzed data and provide project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, planning, adjustments, progress, etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a daily basis to answer inquiries, share project status, verify changes, and handle issues.
- Develop ties with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor of Business, Economics, or Finance
- At least 1 years of experience in assistant or equivalent positions.
- Good English communication is a must
- Overall understanding in Technology Industry is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills, be a team player and possess ability to work across organizations with business personnel at all levels.
- Ability to plan and consolidate information.
- Experience working for an international or professional organization is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Project management skills
