1. Logistics and Supply Chain:

   - Follow up on delayed deliveries with logistics partners to ensure timely product availability.

2. Financial Management:

   - Manage invoicing processes and record expenditures accurately.

   - Collaborate with the accountant to maintain financial records.

3. Payroll Management:

   - Work with the accountant to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

4. Customer Support:

   - Support B2C customers with order-related inquiries and concerns.

   - Address social media questions promptly and professionally.

5. Event Support:

   - Assist in organizing and supporting events related to our products.

   - Represent the brand at event stands 1-2 times per month and participate in events across the country 3-4 times per year.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Vietnamese nationality with excellent English proficiency, potentially having studied abroad.

• Ambitious and driven, with aspirations to grow into a managerial role within 2-3 years
