We are opening internship opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City Office in the following lines of departments:
- Finance Intern
Assist with month-end financial reports
Post journal entries
Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
Assist with audits and balance sheet reconciliation
Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts and manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory
- Supply Chain (Planning) Intern
Utilize data to provide Planners with insights further analysis and better inventory controlling
Tracking month-to-date sales, current stock and upcoming shipment and take timely action to ensure committed service level.
Prepare supply planning and discuss with other departments to ensure the balance between incurred cost and cycle service level.
Assist Planners in executing projects that improve business process
Provide monthly and weekly reports
- Data Analytics Intern
Analyze customer usage to provide insights to senior colleague, cross-functional partners (data trends, patterns, and relations)
Collect and manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Processing and interpreting data to get actionable insights.
Support to help our business partners understand metric trade-offs and drive influential decisions.
