A - JOB DESCRIPTION
CRM Leader:
Develop an experimentation strategy to identify the most effective incentive type for each user segment, based on historical data and business strategy.
Build the customer journey and Develop Loyal customer group operation process
Analyse the journey and optimize the adoption rate in each step by creating the incentive testing and campaign optimization.
Proactively initiate ideas, validate ideas via data and local insights, draft test plan and propose budget and estimate performance
Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
Produce reports to update management on progress of incentive testing
Manage the customer service team and develop CS operation process to listen and solve the customer feedback to ensure that our customer get the best experience in each of touchpoints.

SENIOR DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Prepare, assign and execute digital media plans: setup & optimize ecommerce campaigns on channels such as: Google, Facebook, Tiktok, v.v in order to achieve the KPIs of ecommerce: orders, revenue, session, CiR, v.v and follow marketing strategy.
Manage assigned budget, campaign authorizations and reconciliation process.
Analyze efficiency of campaigns and propose to improve them.
Report the effectiveness of campaigns to have a good sense of monitoring and optimization
Troubleshoots media issues and relevant performance aspects to investigate the problems and suggest the solution.
Track the performance of campaigns to ensure contribution of each channel.
Work with other teams such as: campaign planner, design and tech to ensure the flow of work smooth and effective.
Assist in the process of planning and other tasks assigned by Line Manager

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Be accountable for increasing new brand acquisition and assortment growth on Dosi-in.com
Establish and cultivating positive relationships with key decision makers
Provide market feedback to improve our product development and ecosystem services
Research and develop action plan to achieve the company target
Develop and manage the brand base, including verifying brands identity, guiding brands to establish shops on Dosi-in.com, etc.
Prepare materials such as proposals, company profile, guideline, etc. for new brand approach and internal usage
Proceed and manage paperwork with brands (contract, etc.)
Coordinate with Account team and others to deliver the best result for brands and company
Supervise executives & juniors to manage accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner
Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager
