- Building and Managing Relationships - Builds strong relationships with business units and other areas of HR to deliver for customers.
- Leading and Delivery of Change - Leads, drives or implements the efficient delivery of diverse change projects in support of the company’s strategic agenda within a culture of empowerment, personal leadership and using GSK standard tools.
- HR Governance & Risk Management - Understands clear operating principles, structure, accountabilities and applies to HR activity so as to ensure HR risks are mitigated, company reputation is protected and related financial, fiduciary, legal and policy duties are carried out.
- Knowledge Management - Effective application of HR information, including knowledge management systems, to support best decision making for successful business outcomes.
- Resource Planning - Proactively manages supply and demand for HR services to ensure optimal use of resource.
- HR Service Delivery – Delivery of effective HR services across business units in order to deliver successful business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Master’s degree in human resource/ business management from a recognized institute
- Works as OneHR with other HR partners to deliver business strategies and priorities.
- Spots opportunities and uses data for continuous improvement and to enhance the customer experience.
- Balances the priorities of across different business areas
- Excellent contracting, challenging and reframing the need when necessary.
- Excellent resource planning and the ability to forecast GSK’s future need for HR support.
- Sharing collective responsibility for the reputation of HR
- Developing the collective capability of the HR team
- Building line manager capability to solve their own problems.
- Externally focused on best practice throughout global HR Operations and maintains external business and commercial acumen.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to communicate an inspiring vision and strategy
- Experience leading and coaching others to deliver complex global, regional and US transformational change, building capability and reducing complexity and cost
- Ability to work across a matrix environment
- International experience
- Strong commercial acumen
