Job Description

Major accountabilities:

Marketing

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide support to Marketing with a full range of administrative support to assist with the success of the company. In this regard, Marketing assistant must be able to provide word-processing and general administrative support in logistic and materials of symposia, congresses, events, conferences, workshops training sessions with registration, coordination, organizing as instructed; Assist Product Managers on proposal, request, contract, expense reports, ad-hoc tasks.
  • Ensure accurate control of documentation and co-ordinate with other functions for team achievement; Record marketing expenses, marketing materials, marketing travel arrangements; Responsible for processing expenses and advance for marketing activities; Liaise with vendors (grocery, stationery etc..) on purchasing/replenishment for Marketing meeting if requested.
  • Ensures all promotional process are in adherence to P3 guidelines and act in compliance with Code of Ethics.

Field Force

  • Provide the FF team with a full range of administrative support to assist with the market performance success of the company. In this regard, FF assistant must be able to provide word-processing and general administrative support as instructed.
  • Coordinate key meetings/events/conferences/workshops and department meetings. Attend meetings and produce material and meeting notes accurately if required.
  • Maintain some basic knowledge of all products so inquiries from both vendors and customers can be primary managed in the absence of a member of the FF team.
  • Ensure accurate control of documentation and co-ordinate with other function for team achievement; Communicate via email, in-person and by telephone any communications that need to be informed to the FF team in fast and accurate way; Liaise with vendors (grocery, stationery etc.) on purchasing/replenishment for FF meeting if required; Record Field Force expense, travel arrangements.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by BUM

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Education: University graduated.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Have 1 - 2 years of experience at admin position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel).
  • Working experience in pharmaceutical MNC is preferable.
  • Great organizational skills. Have professional attitude. Tenacious but a problem solver.
