- Supervise accounting tasks (invoices, payment, claims, VAT, follow all money transaction, etc.)
- Be responsible for bookkeeping tasks, record the transaction in the accounting software
- Validate payments to suppliers and payroll.
- Work directly with clients to finalize the invoices, contracts
- Reconcile payable, receivable
- Coordinate with Accounting cabinet to follow-up general ledger and auditing
- Ensure the compliance to Vietnamese accounting procedures/documents, etc.
- Financial analysis of costs per business unit, optimization of VAT, PIT and general costs

𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡
- Supervise day-to-day admin tasks (contracts, visa, work permit, etc.)
- Develop, review, and improve administrative procedures
- Provide necessary training, guidance and motivation to admin - accounting team
- Supervise the efficient use of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
- Handle client’s satisfaction and take over difficult situations

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘?
𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮: BS degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting or Finance or related
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 5 years of experience in Admin and/or Accounting
𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀: Vietnamese native, English communication is a MUST, French is a plus
- Detail-oriented and customer-oriented
- Good communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Good team working skills
- Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese accounting
- Proficiency in accounting: tax management, balance sheet and PnL
- Time management and interpersonal skills
- Honest, autonomous, multitasking and fast learning
