JOB DESCRIPTION

Market Development:

Research and analyze domestic and foreign consumer retail markets, identify business opportunities and market needs.

Build and maintain relationships with domestic and foreign partners, agents, and potential customers.

Sales and Marketing:

Implement sales and marketing to partners and agents to achieve business goals.

Advise and support customers on products, prices, and sales policies.

Order Management and Import and Export:

Process imports and export orders, on schedule and with quality.

Resolve arising issues, transportation, customs, and import procedures.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze business and report periodically.

Recommend business improvement and development.
REQUIREMENTS

Professional, dynamic, love trade im-ex and sales.

Education: University degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

Fluent in English (have Chinese is a plus)

Experience: Have Experience import-export business, priority given to candidates with experience in Retail and domestic and foreign consumer markets.

1. Market Development:

2. Sales and Marketing:

3. PO Management, Import and Export:

Process import and export orders, on schedule and with quality.

Arrange transportation, customs, and import procedures and resolve arising issues regardingly

4. Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze business and report periodically.

Recommend business improvement and development. 

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Professional mindset, dynamic, enthusiasm in trade im-ex and sales.
  2. Education: Bachelor in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  3. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in import-export business, priority given to candidates with experience in the Retail and consumer market in domestic and foreign markets.
  4. Language: Fluent in Chinese and English 
  5. Skills:
    • communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business support software.
    • Having extensive relationships and networking in the consumer retail industry is an advantage.
