JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduate Development Program is a program to select and develop potential young candidates and have passion with jobs in the business sectors of the Commercial: Commerce, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Economics, Economic Law, ….

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to experience and maximize your potential through projects, programs that combine a combination of professional training, comprehensive skills training and participation directly into company development projects with the guidance and mentoring of experienced Line Manager or Head of Department.

* Phase 1: On-boarding This phase provides you with the company insights about its operation, values, the program overview and management expectations. Also, you will be trained with required soft and functional skills, which make you ready for next challenges. You could be assigned to a mentor, who supports you in the transition to a business environment

* Phase 2: Gaining functional experience It is a key step for you to have a broader view about your target role in the context of business and your department, interact with future stakeholders and build network, shape your working style, and get necessary functional knowledge. We design this phase in a format of boot camp / field combination to help you learn and practice newly acquired skills

* Phase 3: Performing in your position You will have a chance to show your performance with can-do attitude based on assigned KPIs. Coaching and feedback is part of our culture and will help you further develop

REQUIREMENTS

* English: TOEIC 650 or IELTS =5.5

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sell Fico-YTL Waste Co-processing solutions and meet customer expectations

  1. Search and collect detail data on daily work about industry market status, prospects, competitors, market price, portfolio.
  • Develop and expanding potential customer list (as industry allocation).
  • Identify new projects opportunities by studying new investments on media and network.
  • Investigate customer’s information about the values, policy, commitments, nationalities, production, sales volume… to feed data to market intelligent.
  • Update database of clients and important market information.
  • Set up and facilitate meeting with potential customers.
  • Study customer’s requirements and waste sampling for testing and analysis.
  • Follow up testing results and coordinate to cross-functions to have enough information and develop waste management solution to customers.
  • Feed enough information for drawing proposals and being responsible for accuracy of the proposals.
  • Present solution to customers and potential customers.
  • Follow up potential customers as define selling process to ensure highest opportunities for getting the contract.
  • Negotiate for getting/ closing agreement with customers.
  • Assess customers’ level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, cross-functions to perform signed contract.
  • Cooperate to Finance team to collect debts, payment request, quotation, POSM,…
  • Manage relationship (maintain and develop) to customer loyalty.
  1. Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Environment regulations at workplace and site’s.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major. Environment and waste service are preferred.
  • Good at analysis and problem solving skill, waste knowledge, manage execution, lead for performance communication skill, focus to consult customers/ clients professionally.
  • Good command of MS office applications.
  • Good level in English.
