As a Sales Intern at Garmin Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations through various tasks aimed at optimizing customer relationships and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Managing the customer price book and setting up customer price levels to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Processing Customer Account Setup (CAS) applications efficiently and accurately.
Handling Account Receivable Management tasks to ensure timely collection of payments.
Compiling and preparing sales reports as requested by sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assisting in monthly revenue projections by generating revenue reports and analyzing trends.
Setting up Vietnamese descriptions to enhance product understanding and accessibility in the market.
Assisting in the setup of promotion schemes to drive sales and customer engagement.
Regularly updating and refreshing forecasting data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Providing ad-hoc support to the sales team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting analysis of sales orders by region or account to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Good English skill
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Can join 06 months full-time intern.
