As a Sales Intern at Garmin Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations through various tasks aimed at optimizing customer relationships and revenue generation.  

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer price book and setting up customer price levels to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. 

  • Processing Customer Account Setup (CAS) applications efficiently and accurately. 

  • Handling Account Receivable Management tasks to ensure timely collection of payments. 

  • Compiling and preparing sales reports as requested by sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

  • Assisting in monthly revenue projections by generating revenue reports and analyzing trends. 

  • Setting up Vietnamese descriptions to enhance product understanding and accessibility in the market. 

  • Assisting in the setup of promotion schemes to drive sales and customer engagement. 

  • Regularly updating and refreshing forecasting data to facilitate informed decision-making. 

  • Providing ad-hoc support to the sales team as needed to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Conducting analysis of sales orders by region or account to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Required Skills: 

        • Good English skill 
        • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
        • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
        • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
        • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
        • Can join 06 months full-time intern.
