JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations...) based on their needs for corporate services related to start-ups, bank account openings, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English
Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers
Proceed with customer orders as the company & procedure (This task will
be trained later)
Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are
delivered on time
Maintain customer relationships through after-sales support
Manage customer data and orders on CRM

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor & degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, ...
At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Corporate Services, etc.
Fluent in English (4 skills)
Good selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
Be flexible, dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
