JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations...) based on their needs for corporate services related to start-ups, bank account openings, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English
  • Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers
  • Proceed with customer orders as the company & procedure (This task will
    be trained later)
  • Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are
    delivered on time
  • Maintain customer relationships through after-sales support
  • Manage customer data and orders on CRM
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor & degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, ...
  • At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Corporate Services, etc.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills)
  • Good selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
  • Be flexible, dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
