Mức lương: Thỏa thuận1/ Main Tasks:
- Received booking from customers, booking from freight team to handle shipments
- Check emails, documents, SOP to prepare Customs documents
- Do data entry and cross-check Customs documents
- Upload documents to VNACCS system
- Collect related documents and archive then send to customers' system.
- Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery
- Support billing
- Other related report
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
- Incoterms knowledge
- Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
- Can-do attitude, hard-working, willing to learn & enthusiastic
- Good at MS Office
