JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the front office area by:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person/ meeting room
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries  

In charge of office administrative tasks:

  • Order front office supplies and keep update of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Make the arrangements for travel, accommodation
  • Support parties and company events
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Take care of paperwork if needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 years of experience at relevant position or fresher with good learning attitude is welcome
  • Can-do attitude with team-work spirit
  • Good command of English is a plus
  • Good at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Gmail
