products such as Soya Sauce, Fish Sauce, Chili Sauce, Instant Noodles, Coffee, Cereals,
Beers, Mineral Water, Energy Drink,..etc. Since our establishment, we have
developed innovative products in all of our categories, which we have entered
with the aim of fulfilling big unmet needs. Some of our pioneering products
include ChinSu, Nam Ngu, Tam Thai Tu, Omachi, Kokomi, Vinacafé, Wake Up, B’fast,
Vinh Hao, Red Ruby, ..etc.






Responsibilities:
A.
Marketing Plan
- Deeply understand the
situation, market trends as well as the needs and tastes of consumers to propose
and make Marketing plans which best serve the needs of consumers.
- Build ideas, messages & images of the brand and of each specific Marketing campaign.
- Make plans for brand communication and marketing plan at sale point: promotion plan, customer interaction plan, customer care plan...
- Develop detailed plans for each marketing program/event.
B.
Marketing activities’ organization & implementation
- Organize the approved
marketing plan; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Build and develop the
brand through specific activities in line with the brand's orientation:
- Communicate and advertise for the brand;
- Develop/monitor standards and brand identity;
- Manage effectively the means of interacting with consumers and customers including both traditional and digital channels such as social networks, fan page, web,;
- Develop market and number of customers/consumers for the purpose of increasing sales and brand presence:
- Develop publications and sales support materials;
- Organize promotions, events, interactive activities with
customers
- Take use of database from loyalty customers
- Organize market survey activities, understand demand of
company's products, assess customer satisfaction

- Graduated from
University, prefer major in Marketing, Business Administration, …
- At least 1.5 years
experience in FMCG industry.
- Fundamental knowledge in brand marketing.
- Good communication skills (both in Vietnamese & English).
- Ability to adapt in new
environment, enthusiasm, good presentation skills.
