Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports per Vietnam Accounting Standard.
• Develop and maintain the policies that govern the Company's reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
• May define the accounting system road map and system requirements of the future and assist or direct system programming resources in the development of accounting systems.
• Accounting functions may include general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, inter company accounting, and payroll.
• Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
• Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance with 1-2 years of related experience or professional certifications such as CPA/CMA or equivalent.
• Strong communication in English, sound financial accounting skills.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills with a passion to learn and engage with the business.
• Project / process management. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people across different levels of the organization.
• Have experience and knowledge in US GAAP or Vietnam statutory accounting standards is preferred.
